Top Spot for Pannone LLP Again

Manchester solicitors Pannone LLP have beaten off increased competition to retain their number 3 place in The Sunday Times ‘Top 100 Companies to Work For’ survey. Once again Pannone is the only law firm in the UK to feature in the top ten, and indeed the top 30.

Pannone gained particular praise for its staff motivation, giving its staff a fair deal and the leadership skills of its senior management team. The firm is ranked in the league tables as:

2nd for ‘employees have confidence in the their team’s abilities’
3rd for ‘would recommend the firm as a place to work’
3rd for ‘least likely to leave’
3rd for ‘people saying they are in their dream job’

Pannone is also listed as one of the top 10 ‘improving’ organisations and is identified as one of the two organisations (the other being Beaverbrooks) most likely to challenge the top spot next year.
