Kevin Thimble is New Unica VP

WALTHAM, Mass.- Unica® Corporation (Nasdaq: UNCA), a global provider of enterprise marketing management (EMM) solutions, has appointed Kevin R. Thimble to the position of vice president and corporate controller. Thimble brings over 20 years of experience in the financial and accounting industries, as well as a demonstrated track record in public and private company financings, asset management and internal controls.

Goldwasser, senior vice president and CFO for Unica Corporation. “His range of experience in both public and private companies and his deep understanding of financial operations, reporting and controls will be a significant asset to the company as we continue to expand and grow.”

Prior to joining Unica, Thimble served as vice president and corporate controller for SeaChange International, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of digital video servers for the television and broadcast industries. Thimble also held the position of corporate controller for Aspen Aerogels, Inc., a venture funded nanotechnology manufacturer. He started his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen. Thimble is a CPA and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass.
