Alan Steele Promoted to Senior Vice President of Products

SEATTLE — Dec. 19, 2006 — Jason Goldberg, CEO of Jobster Inc., today announced the appointment of David Eckert as Chief Financial officer, and the promotion of Alan Steele to Senior Vice President of Products.

Eckert joined Jobster as a financial consultant in October, 2006. “I have been very impressed with Dave’s insights and his recent work developing recommendations that guide Jobster towards profitability in 2007,” said CEO Jason Goldberg. “He has already proven to be a capable and trusted advisor and I look forward to him playing a key role on the Jobster executive team in 2007. Eckert possesses a wealth of entrepreneurial experience in the technology and healthcare industries and has an impressive track record of bringing breakthrough companies to profitability. He previously served as the CFO of Informed Medical Communications, formerly HealthTalk, where he helped achieve a revenue growth from $4M to nearly $75M in 2006 with earnings in excess of 17 percent. Eckert’s previous CFO experience includes Sightward, GoAhead Software, and Devonshire Technology. Eckert also served in senior finance roles at Starwave and Aldus. At Jobster his responsibilities will include finance, accounting, legal, human resources, risk management, banking, and facilities operations. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Whitman College.

Steele has led the Jobster product development team since February of 2005 and has overseen all aspects of Jobster’s product development and technical operations. His responsibilities have included management of all engineering processes ensuring Jobster’s rapid cycle of innovation. Steele’s expanded responsibilities will include oversight of the company’s client services group. Steele holds a Bachelor of Science degree from MIT.
