Weber Associates Partners With LearnMaster To Improve Sales Performance
COLUMBUS, OH – NOVEMBER 15, 2006 – Through a partnership with Achievement Education Services, Inc., Weber Associates will offer the interactive, web-based training program, LearnMaster, to clients as a cost-effective training tool to improve front line sales performance.
LearnMaster is a fully customizable, automated learning system used to certify sales representatives, to correlate on-the-job sales performance to training curriculum, and to reinforce sales concepts and processes when a sales representative is underperforming on the job. The software features an innovative “teach and test” educational process that decreases product launch and new-hire training ramp-up, a timing feature that decreases average handling time by improving information recognition, and a tracking feature that enables coaches to focus on problem areas.
