Stockholm County Council (SCC), chooses Consorte for call center services

25.10.2006 - SCC has signed a frame agreement with Addicom AB regarding telephone services (call center services). The various service areas within Stockholm can make use of automated services (IVR) and manned services (call center) in their interaction with the general public. The services are based on Consorte Pulse – Consorte’s net centric solution.

The frame agreement is signed for 5 years and can be prolonged with 2 additional years. According to estimates done by SCC, the total value of the counsil’s usage of these services exceeds 20 MSEK/year.

Addicom is a Consorte reseller in Sweden. Their offer with Consorte PULSE was rated as SCC’s first choice in steep competition with more well-known suppliers.
