Sunterra Corporation Announces Winner of $100,000 ’Arrive in Style’ Sweepstakes

LAS VEGAS, NV -- 04/14/2005 -- Sunterra Corporation (NASDAQ: SNRR) today announced that Linda Grice of Bowden, Georgia has won the company’s Arrive in Style Sweepstakes.

The Arrive in Style Sweepstakes began in March 2004 and drew 154,000 entrants through the February 28, 2005, contest end. The grand prize was a choice of either His and Hers 2005 Cadillac Escalades or $100,000 in cash. Mrs. Grice, the mother of three with six grandchildren, chose the $100,000.

Sunterra will also treat the Grice’s to their first trip to Las Vegas, including airfare and lodging, and present them with a check on April 19, 2005, at the Sunterra corporate offices in North Las Vegas.

Sunterra advertised the Arrive in Style Sweepstakes throughout the country, including widespread internet postings and the sweepstakes website, www.arriveinstylesweepstakes.com, at Sunterra resort locations, throughout the season at the San Francisco Giants baseball park, at Major League Baseball’s Spring Training venues, as well as at a wide variety of state fairs, travel shows and special events throughout the nation.
