TheCreativeInvestor.com Hires Misenheimer For Lending Division

This past week, TheCreativeInvestor.com hired Brian Misenheimer to head up the Lending Division of their website.

Misenheimer’s division will be the liason between several Commercial Lenders and TheCreativeInvestor.com’s online membership allowing these investors to receive multiple bids on Loan Projects as they are input into this online software. Misenheimer is coming from National Cooperative Bank, where he had a similar position. National Cooperative Bank is exclusively a Commercial Lender.

TheCreativeInvestor.com is the largest national US based website focused on Commercial and Residential Real Estate Investing. It has over 140,000 members since it started three years ago in 2002.
