Coastal Integrated Services (COLV – Pink Sheets) has entered into a Definitive Merger Agreement to Acquire 100% of the International Online Casino and Sportsbook operator ‘OLYMPIAN GROUP’ (www.olympiangroup.com).

Newly appointed CEO of Coastal Integrated Services, Clifford Redekop stated: “Our first order of business will be to launch into targeted Asian markets.  With a strong history of successfully acquiring new markets in the online gaming space, Olympian is now poised for the upcoming launch.  Olympian’s Sportsbetting and Casino brand www.GR88.com , was originally conceptualized as an Asian gaming site in 2009,  and now with over 6 years of successful gaming operations, our team feels very strongly that the timing is perfect for the full B2C push into Asia.”  
 
Gr88.com took in over $14 million in gambling bets in 2014, a 374% increase over the previous year.  The Company expects revenues to continue to climb with the newly organized marketing campaign about to get underway.
