Robby Johnson Prepares For 49th Annual CMA Awards

Being a part of last years Top Fashion and Hot Red Carpet Looks of the 48th CMA Awards, Robby’s is eager to walk the Red Carpet again this year.  Cause while getting ready to attend Country Music’s Biggest Night next week, the country sensation is set to roll out the release of his debut album, Don’t Look Back. 

On October 30, fans can pre-order the album and gain instant access to five tracks including Johnson’s upcoming single, “Hate Me Tonight.” Don’t Look Back, will be available on January 12, 2016. Robby Johnson is available for media.

Country sensation Robby Johnson’s new single “Hate Me Tonight” won’t be released to retailers until October 30, but early response from radio is topping the charts. Advancing his debut album Don’t Look Back, “Hate Me Tonight” has consistently been a top 5 download and stream on leading music industry distribution platform Play MPE. 

The service that station program directors and others use to access single release for listening and airplay has seen Johnson’s latest ranked No. 2 in country for the week ending Oct. 15. The song has continued to spike into the top 5 this week, as well. 

Programmers have good reason to keep up with Robby following a groundbreaking introduction with his viral video “South Of Me.” Nearing three million views, the clip went on to top the CMT Pure12-Pack Countdown for seven weeks and earned Johnson major media including the Late Show with David Letterman, FOX’s Huckabee, USA Today, TV Guide and The Tennessean.
