CEO of Mindfulness and Happiness Movement, Paola Lujan, announced the 5 Free eBooks days for her book “Happiness Your 7 Mind Powers” in a small press meeting yesterday. The eBook will be available for free download from July10th through July 14th at Amazon. Due to the successful Book Giveaway of the paperback version on July 1, 2015 they anticipated that a massive amount of books will be placed in reader’s devices. The book is the first of the series “Happiness” while the second one is expected to be released in the later half of 2015.

The company behind the book, Mindfulness and Happiness Movement, started operations in the October 2014. The company started getting involved with people by November 2014 via different mediums like email and Facebook. When contacted, Paola said: “It is wonderful to have a community that interacts with us and gets inspired, just to have that makes my day, is priceless. Being witness of much unnecessary emotional pain in people is what motivated me to write the book. If it just helps one person to live happier and think outside the box, then all my efforts were worth it.”
The book is divided into 12 chapters that focuses on happiness, including power of Clarity, Choice, Thoughts, Words, Focus, Gratitude and Action. It has been well received by its audience and awarded 5 star reviews. The book provides a wide range of ideas, tools, information, and strategies to guide the readers work for understanding their potential and living the life of their dreams.
