Yale Undergraduate picks Wall Street Survivor as Investment Education Platform

YUDI will use Wall Street Survivor’s newly launched finance and investing courses, engage with Wall Street Survivor’s leadership team, and partake in Wall Street Survivor’s proprietary stock games, to help the Yale student body gain a stronger foothold on how to invest in stocks and learn about the importance and fundamentals of personal finance.

“We are so thrilled that Wall Street Survivor has agreed to work with our investment club to help us accelerate our mission, said, Steven Goulas, Justin  Thomas, Cameron Kirdzik, and Alec Hoeschel co-founders of YUDI. “The opportunity for a medium to low commitment education club that covers investing strategies and portfolio management is limited on Yale’s campus, and admission is application based. This limits the potential exposure to the Yale community and leaves some students unsatisfied with their understanding of investments. That is why we decided to create something new on campus: Yale Undergraduate Diversified Investments. We did months of research to find the right education vehicle for YUDI, a program that would do a deep dive in to many facets of investing, and Wall Street Survivor was the perfect fit. We know the addition of Wall Street Survivor courses will not only add an appeal for people to join our club, but more importantly give our members a most needed background and education in finance and investing.”

Courses for YUDI will include Building Your Portfolio, Understanding The Economy and Investing Like the Greats to help these students get the knowledge they need to become savvy investors and prepare them for the future.
