Max’s Group lists follow-on offering shares
The Max’s Group, Inc. listed the shares that it sold through a follow-on offering at the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). The company which has 14 brands in its portfolio including Max’s Restaurant, Pancake House and Yellow Cab was able to raise P3.5 billion from its offering.
In his welcome remarks during the listing ceremony, PSE Chairman Jose T. Pardo said, “I am sure that the dominant market position of the brands under the Max’s Group as well as its strategy of carrying different brands across a range of food concepts and market segments will continue to boost the company’s profitability”.
