Training for Excellence Releases New Website and On-The-Job Training and Coaching Workshop

Florida-based Training for Excellence recently launched a new workshop named “How To Provide On-The-Job Training and Coaching,” which is geared toward training senior employees and field supervisors who are responsible for coaching, mentoring and training their own employees within their companies. Training for Excellence’s new website, WeHelpTrainers.com, has been completely redesigned to more accurately reflect what exactly is involved in the new workshop, and what participants stand to gain from being a part of it.
 
The website’s design centers on student learning and excellence, as well as the instructional methods incorporated into the new workshop. Training for Excellence’s new On-site Train the Trainer Courses, Public Train the Trainer Courses and On-The-Job Training & Coaching Course were developed to provide a multi-sensory approach to instructing senior employees.
