Israeli Rabbi And American Pastor Recruit Pope Francis For Freedom To Pray On The Temple Mount Movement

As Pope Francis makes his “pilgrimage of prayer" to Jordan and Israel on May 24-26, Israeli Rabbi Yehudah Glick and American Pastor Keith Johnson have rolled out the red carpet of recruitment for Pope Francis to be an ambassador for the Freedom to Pray on the Temple Mount movement.
They have made a formal written request to ask for his participation and have created a compelling seven-minute YouTube video that gives the background on their parallel paths that have merged into an international campaign for religious, civil and human rights on the 37 acres of the Temple Mount.

Excerpt from letter to Pope Francis from Rabbi Glick and Pastor Johnson:
 
We are calling upon religious leaders from around the world to stand with us through word and deed. We believe the timing of your “pilgrimage of prayer” to this region is perfect timing on many levels. We are requesting that you as the spiritual leader of the Catholic Church would join us in calling for Freedom to Pray on the Temple Mount for all nations.
