THINK Subscription continues to enhance software applications and facilitate new ways to monetize content.

PROVO, Utah, August 9, 2006 – THINK Subscription, the leading provider of subscription management and fulfillment software for physical and digital content, today announced a new release of THINK Enterprise, their main circulation and subscription management product. Building on the robust billing and reporting features of previous releases, THINK Enterprise 7.0 focuses on simplifying processes and improving user workflows. Paul Russell, CTO at THINK Subscription, explained: “THINK Subscription is not just another billing and fulfillment system. This is a product that continues to offer our customers a front and back-office solution that is ahead of its time. The software is built on sound, robust and flexible technologies. The new features built for this version offer functionality that your company won’t outgrow. This new version will not disappoint.”

New Content Access Models
With endless possibilities for the type of goods that can be sold by subscription, it is critical that a subscription management system be able to sell and capture recurring revenue for any product. This makes it easier for companies to compete in an ever changing subscription market. THINK Enterprise 7.0 now supports rollover and checkout/check-in models for cell phone and rental types of business. Sales models offered in earlier versions of the software included subscriptions by time, unit, usage, and issue. With the addition of rollover, and checkout/check-in capabilities, THINK Enterprise 7.0 only increases the number of revenue models that businesses today need to be successful.

European Payment Handling
International addressing, currency, taxation, and payment handling is at the core of the THINK Enterprise system. It has supported a diverse international customer base for many years. Because of recent changes in the European financial community, direct debit functionality in THINK Enterprise has been simplified to make it easier to handle recurring direct debit payments. Because EigerPay’s Bank Wizard product is now integrated into THINK Enterprise 7.0, validation of international direct debit accounts is now a one-step process.

Site License and Consortia Orders
Management of access control is a difficult process when corporate subscriptions, site licenses, and consortia orders are managed in spreadsheets. To simplify and update this process, THINK Enterprise offers some exciting new capabilities in site license and consortia order management. THINK Enterprise 7.0 has added robust handling for the management and control of these types of group orders. Robust control mechanisms for managing member access have also been added.

New Package Types
In August of 2005, THINK Subscription rolled out new and enhanced package functionality in THINK Enterprise. Now, just one year later, THINK Subscription has again broadened the capabilities of packaging by adding pooled and ad-hoc package types. Pooled packaging will allow clients to sell content from a pool of eligible components, and ad-hoc packages allow will clients to build a package on-the-fly. Continuing in the same format for all package types, the items bundled in the pooled or ad-hoc packages will be viewed as a single line item for ease when it comes time to pay or renew the order.

Rate Management
For clients with large numbers of products, updating and editing product rates can be an incredibly long process. A new rate management utility has been developed in THINK Enterprise 7.0. It automates the process of managing yearly rate changes. The new utility allows rates to be exported, edited in a spreadsheet, and then be import right back into the rate system. This dramatically reduces the time and cost needed to modify yearly rate changes.

“These are some of the new features found in THINK Enterprise Version 7. As a company we make it a top priority to anticipate and respond to market changes and trends,” said Robb Taylor, CEO, THINK Subscription. “We pride ourselves on constantly improving the features and functionality of THINK Enterprise. We have made the software an enterprise-level solution to meet the needs of all our customers, small and large.”

THINK Enterprise is currently available as an in-house, hosted or ASP solution.
