Marchon Eyewear, Allure Eyewear, MEI 3D and Gunnar Optiks Announce Settlement

NEW YORK & MELVILLE, NEW YORK and CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA – October 17, 2013
 
Marchon Eyewear, Inc., Allure Eyewear, L.L.C., MEI 3D, LLC, and GUNNAR Optiks, LLC today announced that the companies have entered into a confidential settlement that fully resolves two lawsuits pending between the parties. The lawsuits have been dismissed.
