The Spanish designer’s new fragrance duo is all about enjoying life.

Custo Barcelona has structured its street luxury fashion concept into a life-style proposal which includes the fragrance universe. The brand, which launched its first women’s eau de toilette in 2008 with Idesa Parfums, licensee for the fashion house’s fragrances, is now introducing Enjoy Custo Barcelona.

As Custo Dalmau himself puts it, this fragrance duo evokes “the best music, a terrace, a beautiful sunset and a group of good friends. I wanted a fragrance that would recreate all of that. An invitation to enjoy life”.

Alberto Morillas is the master perfumer behind the floral-fruity-woody combination, Enjoy Custo Woman; and Daphné Biguey has created the men’s fragrance, which belongs to the aromatic-woody family. The packaging is inspired by the glittering elegance of Custo Barcelona’s latest fashion collections.

Created in 1980 by brothers Custo and David Dalmau, the brand now has more than 3,000 points of sale in 40 countries and 54 flagship stores in Europe, USA, Latin America and Asia. Its bold, sophisticated graphic universe is expressed in the mens- and womenswear collections, Custo Barcelona and Custo Line. Custo Growing is the youngsters’ collection.

The USA is Custo Barcelona’s biggest international market and it has been taking part in New York Fashion Week since 1997. At 3 p.m. on 8 September, it will be back on this major world catwalk, at the Theatre Lincoln Center, where it will be presenting a collection first previewed at 080 Barcelona Fashion.
