Local Disaster Declaration in Central Kansas Due to Heavy Rains and Flooding

Evacuations took place yesterday in parts of Kansas as some areas received over 6 inches of rain.  Streets were under water and several retirement centers in the Reno County area were evacuated due to flooding concerns.
