Cascadiant Appoints Silcon Valley Veteran Michael Crumlin As Chief Financial Officer

Green energy solutions company Cascadiant Pte Ltd. today announced the appointment of Mike Crumlin as Chief Financial Officer.  In addition, Cascadiant is jointly announcing Mr. Crumlin’s appointment as the new Managing Director of PT Cascadiant Indonesia based in Jakarta, where he will lead the daily operations of Cascadiant Indonesia business.

Indonesia is the fastest growing market for Cascadiant and is rapidly adopting green solutions to power their expanding telecom networks.  “I have known Mike for over 20 years and have worked alongside him in the telecom industry before,” said Cascadiant Pte Ltd. Mr. Crumlin has a proven track record of leading successful technology companies in the communications industry and over the last 23 years has held various individual and senior leadership positions in finance, marketing, strategic partnerships and channel management on a global scale.  Mr. Crumlin has been a corporate officer and senior executive for three successful IPO’s and for two companies seeing acquisitions by larger firms of US$1Billion and US$500Million respectively.

Mr. Crumlin earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, serving more than a decade on active and reserve duty and is Airborne and Ranger qualified.  He also earned his aviation wings as an honor graduate from the U.S. Army’s Aviation Flight School.  After military service, Mr. Crumlin earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School with a concentration in finance and international business and later held elected public office as a House member to the Maryland General Assembly.
