Missguided’s latest SS13 campaign ‘Barcelona Heat’ takes things to the next level and marks the start of the summer season.
The crew took to the sun-drenched Spanish city of Barcelona for their latest SS13 campaign, which was shot at local skate parks, street-art littered city avenues and sandy beaches, to capture the genuine laid back vibe of the city together with the youth culture of today.   
Bold and brightly painted walls were used as the perfect back drop for some laid back looks, including a relaxed acid wash denim playsuit, black peace trucker hat and high-top flatforms. Feminine dresses were given a street-edge with the addition of oversized snapbacks, killer platforms and studded rucksacks, whilst a neon bodycon dress was spotted on the skate park as boarders and bikers stopped their displays of tricks and flips to stare.
The city’s urban backdrops were the perfect setting for the off-the-cuff styled outfits worn by the utterly beautiful but ‘don’t mess with me’ Brazilian model. Her eye-popping red pout, long tanned limbs and off-beat style was an unexpected sight against the grey concrete walls, causing quite the stir with the locals who stopped to take in this rare sight as they went about their daily business.
Moving through the city, the stark concrete port allowed the detailed skater dresses to demand attention, with sequins and neon embellishments being an unexpected sight.  And as the sun exuded its last few rays of the day, the flawless model, dressed in a fierce leatherette number, was seen on the hotel rooftop, with the sight of the epic Barcelona skyline stretching out into the distance.
