Kirk Wickersham Founder of FSBO System opens his newest office in Denver, Colorado. The FSBO System is a seven-step program that includes everything needed to see you home without having to pay realtor commission and fees.  The FSBO System includes both addressing homeowners seeking out a home buyer and offers advice and critical content to aid homeowners provide the correct documents once they have a buyer interested in their property. The FSBO System is an easy, online tutorial and ebook manuals that provide a platform for homeowners to sell their homes without excessive spending associated with hiring a realtor.  The system takes into consideration individual state regualtions and federal regualtions to selling a home.  Additionally, FSBO System offers individualized support that is delivered through unlimited, one-on-one customer support via phone and email. 
 
Founded by Kirk Wichkerhsm, a US-trained lawyer and real estate broker with over 40 years of experience. Kirk developed the FBSO system in 1995 with the consumer and homeowners that do not have the time or expertise to sell their homes quickly, with decrease commission costs and without complications. Kirk graduated from the University of Alaska and Yale Law School, and he also has a master’s degree from the University of Colorado.  Kirk is also a member of the Alaska Bar Association and served on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Law Section for many years.  He is also a former member of the University of Alaska Foundation Board of Trustees and the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education. He’s a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, Commonwealth North and served as the Chair of the Alaska Real Estate Commission.
