NAB Statement on Supreme Court Denying Cert Petition to ivi


WASHINGTON, DC - The U.S. Supreme Court today denied iviís petition for review of a lower court ruling that the company violated the intellectual property rights of local and network television broadcasters by illegally re-transmitting those signals on the Internet.
