When comparing the fourth quarter of 2012 (ending December 31, 2012) to the fourth quarter of 2011 (ending December 31, 2011), new merchant acquisition decreased by 27.9%, while total transaction volume increased by 281.2% and Company revenue increased by 67.1%.

For the full year of 2012 (ending December31, 2012), the Company’s new merchant acquisition increased by 52.1% and total Company revenue increased by 156.1% as compared to the same twelve month period of 2011 (ending December 31, 2011).
