Elliott Masie, CEO and Founder of The MASIE Center, commented, “We honor Nick van Dam’s leadership in the world of workforce learning at Deloitte, advancement of the learning and training field through the books he has authored, and his powerful impact on global education through the founding of the e-Learning for Kids Foundation.”

Van Dam is the third recipient of this award, created in honor of the late Jonathan Kayes, former Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of the Central Intelligence Agency and the MASIE Center’s Learning CONSORTIUM Chief Learning Officer. Van Dam was selected for his exemplary work in leading innovation in the professional field of learning and development over the last 25 years, in areas such as learning design, digital learning, leadership development, performance management, and innovation in learning. “I am honored to receive this prestigious award and feel privileged that my work has been recognized by the exemplary practitioners in this field,” said Van Dam. “I am proud to be a part of an organization that recognizes the importance of cultivating talent and innovation, and this award reflects the long standing focus Deloitte has placed on investing in its business and people.”
