Things To Do On International Drive

Orlando, FL - While Thanksgiving and everyone’s favorite shopping holiday, Black Friday, have passed, there are still a few weeks left until Christmas and plenty of holiday gift deals to find.  If you are going to be around International Drive, then you have the opportunity to get all of your holiday shopping done in one day and score some great prices as well.

There are two locations of Premium Outlets in the International Drive area - one located directly on International Drive, and one located on Vineland Avenue.  Make sure to check out their sites before going, though - while some stores overlap, like Michael Kors and Disney-themed stores, there are many stores that are exclusive to each location.  For example, the location on International Drive is home to Ugg Australia, Victoria Secret and American Apparel, while the location on Vineland Avenue is home to shops such as Tory Burch, Vera Bradley, and Burberry.  You can find something for everyone on your list at these stores, and they open at midnight on Thursday night so you can make the most of your holiday shopping.

Two other malls are also located on International Drive - Pointe Orlando and the Festival Bay Mall.  Pointe Orlando features not only stores but also restaurants and a movie theater.  Festival Bay Mall is similar, in that besides its specialty stores like Ron Jon Surf Shop and Sheplers Western Wear, it also features family entertainment like a movie theater and the Putting Edge, an Indoor Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf Course.

So if you are looking for things to do on International Drive, remember its not just theme parks and dinner shows - there are plenty of opportunities to spend your money at one of the many shops in the area.
