Customer Effective Serves as Sponsor and Presenter for CRMUG Summit 2012


Greenville, SC - - October 23, 2012 - - Customer Effective Inc., a leading national Microsoft CRM consulting firm, was a Premier Sponsor of the 2012 Dynamics Communities CRM User Group Summit (CRMUG) for the third year in a row and led multiple speaking sessions during the event. The recently held Summit took place at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle and centered on addressing the needs of the entire spectrum of Dynamics CRM users with the common goal of sharing ways to optimize usage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Customer Effective’s participation as an event sponsor and leader of the CRM community was demonstrated in several speaking sessions. Scott Sewell, a Microsoft CRM MVP and one of Customer Effective’s CRM Technical Specialists, presented three sessions over the course of the week, including: Tips and Tools for Deploying a User-Friendly and High-Performance CRM, Taming the Beast of CRM Security and Keys to Unlocking CRM Integration Success. Also, Brad Koontz, Customer Effective’s FinServ Product Manager presented a session with Associate Product Manager, Leah Quartano titled 50 Tips in 50 Minutes. Paul Way, Developer at Customer Effective also presented sessions, including: Tools of the Technical Trade for Dynamics CRM and JavaScript Tips & Tricks for Dynamics CRM.
