Comfort Inn and Suites City Views Ballarat takes out dual awards for 2012. Following on from their awards success in 2011, the management and team at one of Ballarat’s most awarded accommodation offerings has continued the trend by taking out two of the most coveted awards at a recent, regional recognition and awards session held by Choice Hotels Australasia.
The management and guest services team are delighted with the recognition the award brings to Ballarat and their champion hotel with a continuous string of gold awards.
Choice Hotels Australasia Gold Award 2012
Each year, Choice Hotels Australasia selects from it’s 270 properties, the most deserving property based on the highest achieved standards in the following areas:
- Guest satisfaction
- Product quality
- Room condition
- Room cleanliness, and
- Staff service
In order to qualify for this prestigious award, properties must rank in the top 10% of the region’s hotels and accommodation providers.
