LesConcierges, Inc. Acquires 2 Places At 1 Time, Inc.
LesConcierges, Inc., the world’s leading provider of global concierge service and solutions, has acquired 2 Places At 1 Time, Inc., the concierge and errand services company in Atlanta, GA.
The announcement was made by Linda Jenkinson, Chairman of Les Concierges, and Andrea Arena, CEO of 2 Places. Ms. Jenkinson said, “We have just completed an in-depth study about the employee experience in the workplace. Increasingly corporations are placing greater emphasis on creating a balanced work-life environment, while finding new ways to make employees engaged and productive. 2 Places At 1 Time is a perfect match for LesConcierges’ current programs, adding an invaluable errand-service capability.”
Ms. Arena explained: “24 hours in a day is never enough. Our errand services keep things manageable. Need someone to go to the house to wait for a plumber? 2 Places will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, with staff and offices remaining intact. Les Concierges’ headquarters is in San Francisco.
