The Estates at Carriage Springs is a small enclave of large lots located between Milton and Georgetown.  Capstone has wooded lots as large as almost three acres in the Estates at Carriage Springs.  Lot home packages start in the $230’s from Capstone Homes in the Estates at Carriage Springs.

Capstone Homes also builds single family homes on ˝ acre lots in Milton’s only Geothermal Community- Delaware New Homes in Bay Landing start in the $220’s.

Capstone is also pleased to be entering the Milford, Delaware new home market.  A brand new Milford new home community- Fork Landing, is under construction with a spring 2011 new home delivery available.  Fork Landing features a number of water front lots, single family lots, and twin home lots with prices starting in the mid $140’s.
