Algae Biodiesel Website Launched With New Updates
February 23rd 2012 – Iowa, USA – Algae Biodiesel (http://making-biodiesel-books.com) has just launched an updated website that features WordPress as its CMS. The move was made to make updating content easier, improve the look of the website and allow for plugins to be installed that will help with optimizing it for the search engines.
Algae biodiesel fuels are now becoming better known as an alternative fuel to power vehicles. The interest has largely been due to the rising fuel costs of gas and diesel combined with the search for a sustainable source of energy. The new Algae Biodiesel website hopes to help people find the information they are looking for. According to David Sieg, “The hardest problem that faces people who are interested in producing their own algae biofuels is the lack of information. It’s my hope that this website will be able teach people about algae production for biodiesel.”
The layout of the website’s navigation has shifted from the left hand side to the top. This should help people navigate the website and find the information more quickly. There are also sub-menus so that visitors can quickly drill down into a topic of their interest and read more about it.
The main focus of the website is about how to make biodiesel fuel from algae (http://making-biodiesel-books.com/algae-biodiesel), but this is not the only topic covered. How to make ethanol from algae (http://making-biodiesel-books.com/algae-biofuels) is a topic that is also covered in great depth on the website.
Other topics include how to build open ponds for algae biodiesel production and a book called Algae for Entrepreneurs which talks about the opportunity available to forward thinking investors and business owners.
Algae Biodiesel provides educational material on all the various aspects of algae production for biodiesel so that visitors can come to one site and get all the information they need. David Sieg says “our website and all the educational material we offer has been made available so that people can come to one place and get all the theoretical and practical information they need to start producing biodiesel from algae. It’s a complicated topic but with our training material people can follow the instructions and make it happen.”
