Jeff East Joins Gaughan Companies Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Team

Gaughan Companies continues to increase their downtown Minneapolis presence with the addition of Senior Associate, Jeff East to their Commercial Real Estate Brokerage office located at 100 South Fifth Street.

Jeff’s area of expertise includes office and industrial leasing, sales, and new business development. Jeff has spent the majority of his seventeen year career in Toronto, Canada representing Tenant’s and Landlord’s in the downtown office market. He achieved ongoing success while securing transactions such as 150,000 sq. ft. with Public Works Canada, 40,000 sq. ft with Price Waterhouse Coopers, and 40,000 sq. ft. with Integrative Proteomics.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he attended on an athletic scholarship. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and retains dual citizenship in the United States and Canada.
