Karma Sauce Products to Heat Up New York Ice Wine Festival February 18

February 13, 2012 (Pittsford, NY) – The Karma Sauce® Company LLC will be among the featured food and wine vendors showcasing their wares at the 2012 New York Ice Wine Festival, set for Saturday, February 18 at the Casa Larga Vineyards in Fairport, NY.

Each year the New York Ice Wine Festival brings together a select grouping of top regional chefs, restaurants and gourmet food vendors in a tribute to the ice wine varietal that is unique to the geographic region surrounding upstate New York. Varied recipes and food pairings at the event allow visitors to sample the rarified ice wines of a handful of regional vineyards against the some of the area’s most inspired flavor combinations.

Among the Karma Sauce-enhanced recipes that will be available at the Ice Wine Festival is a Mushroom Crostini with Chipotle Mustard Sauce. The crostini will be paired with Casa Larga Vineyards Vidal Ice Wine and features the award winning Karma Sauce Company Chipotle Mustard.
