Doug Collins has done a tremendous job putting together a young team, and balance has been the primary reason for the teams success, as the team has seven guys averaging double figures in scoring on the season.

Chicago finished with the best record in the regular season at the end of 2011, and the team has picked up right where they left off, as the Bulls lead the Eastern Conference with a record of 16-4. With the acquisition of Richard Hamilton, teams around the the NBA are having a much more difficult time double teaming Derrick Rose. Rip is one of the top come off screen shooters in the league, and is able to spread the foor with his outside shot.

Do the Lakers miss Phil Jackson and the Triangle Offense? Head coach Mike Brown has been unable to find that consistency on the offensive side of the ball.  One of the weaknesses so far has been the teams inability to counter attack once a opponent shuts down the initial play. During the offseason Kobe Bryant was able to work on his legs and thus far it is showing as the 16 veteran leads to league in scoring.
