Trader Dennis ended the month with a 40.7% gain. Just ahead of him was Trader Calvin in second place, who increased his trading cash by 164.8%. The trader to finish in the top spot was Trader Kyle, who increased his pot by an amazing 1,036.3%!
 
So, which stocks did these traders focus on? Trader Dennis used short sells and covers to make his profit. Companies traded included Direxion Daily (DRV), Bank of America Corporation (BAC), Direxion Large Cap Bear 3x Shares (BGZ), Silicon Image, Inc (SIMG), and US Airways Group, Inc (LCC). Meanwhile, Trader Calvin attained the number two spot by trading Petroquest Energy, Inc (PQ), Camelot Information Systems, Inc (CIS), Frontline Ltd (FRO), Exelixis, Inc (EXEL) and Optimer Pharmaceticals, Inc (OPTR).
 
In the pole position came Trader Kyle. He made over 500 trades this month and earned $125.61 in interest. His companies included Life Partners Holdings, Inc (LPHI), Web.com Group, Inc (WWWW), Camelot Information Systems, Inc (CIS), Endeavor Silver Corp (EXK) and Canadian Solar Inc (CSIQ).
