In the United States, Spanish is the primary language spoken at home in 1 out of 10 households. The ability to ‘Hablar Español’ is more important than ever. Speaking Spanish may prove useful in school, in a job search, or simply conversing with one’s neighbors. But, despite the increased desire to learn Spanish as a second language, many people struggle with how best to learn Spanish.

There are so many different ways to learn Spanish, a single person can’t evaluate them all, but collectively it’s easier to find out what’s working for others.” When asked about a No-Work Spanish blog post titled, ‘Why I Don’t Like Facebook,’ Emerick shrugged, “I still am shy about sharing personal information about my life, but I’ve come to see the value of Facebook to share information and build a community.”
