Utica National Insurance Group To Offer Insurance Tools, Safety Resources In New Mobile App From AT

The Utica National Insurance Group is launching a new mobile application from AT&T* to help equip policyholders and others with insurance and safety resources virtually wherever they may be. Built on AT&T’s Mobile Enterprise Applications Platform (MEAP), the application will allow users to access whatever insurance tools they might need – from making a payment, reporting a claim or accessing accident checklists – with the push of a button on their mobile device.

Utica National’s new “Mobile AdvantEDGE” application will allow real-time access to a variety of informational tools and features, including the ability to obtain roadside and towing services, pay bills, check the status of existing claims or submit new ones, and contact an insurance agent. New claims can be submitted for auto, worker’s compensation, agent’s errors and omissions, homeowners, boat owners and more. When trouble strikes, the application also offers key contact information for local emergency services, an accident checklist, a search tool to find a local repair service and a flashlight tool. The application will be available for download on a variety of mobile devices across all major platforms including Android™ and BlackBerry® smartphones.
