Mr. Marlow brings to People First Partners twenty-five years of operational and business development experience at Marlow Industries. His passion for operational excellence and innovative systems contributed to Marlow Industries’ winning the prestigious Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award in 1991. Mr. Marlow developed the company’s sales and distribution network in Europe and in the Far East, and he also launched a business unit that grew to $8 million in sales within four years. He also played an important role in engineering the sale of Marlow Industries to a publicly-traded company. Mr. Marlow earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from Southern Methodist University. He currently serves on the Associate Board of the SMU Cox School of Business.
