Apollo Bay Accommodation: The International - Refurbished And Open For Business

Victoria, Australia (August 22, 2011) - In preparation for the arrival of spring season guests, The International - one of the Apollo Bay premier accommodations, has made substantial renovations to their facilities and is once again ready for occupancy.
 
With work on the last two Deluxe Suites coming to an end, The International has completed major refurbishment of bathrooms in all rooms and suites.
 
The emphasis has been on clean white tiled wall finishes combined with non-slip tiled floors, and high quality fittings.
 
Deluxe Suites posed a particular challenge as twin corner spa baths were replaced, and that meant lots of demolition and construction within those bathrooms.  The results justify the effort with shiny new baths and chrome fittings gleaming under new lighting.
 
To give these bathrooms that extra feel of luxury vanity units hand made from Jarrah and finished to a high polish, were installed.  The colour gives depth to the bathroom and the feel is silky smooth.
 
The special gooseneck shower roses that were installed three years ago to rave reviews, were retained.  Most shower bases were retiled with small bevel edged marble tiles.  The effect is almost like a foot massage while taking a shower.
 
All the fittings are AAA rated for water use, boasting a completely modern feel and efficiency to boot.
 
High quality white linen, and bath sheets in Deluxe Suites were also retained.
 
The International is ideally located in Apollo Bay - a tourist hub with easy access to most attractions found on The Great Ocean Road.
