Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust Adds Angel Medina to Executive Team

ORALORAL GABLES, Fla. – March 15, 2011, Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust today announced that longtime South Florida banker Angel Medina has joined the bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.

Medina is an accomplished banker with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was the President and Founder of Financial and Leadership Consulting, a Miami based consulting firm that provides leadership and financial advice to companies focused on growth in today’s economy. Prior to this, Medina spent nearly 10 years as the President of a large bank in South Florida. He has also served as the CFO of Adrian Homes and spent 12 years as a Senior Vice President with another Florida based bank.

Medina is very active in the community serving as a board member of the Public Health Trust of Dade County, which runs Jackson Health System. He has served as chairman of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce regional and local economic development group, chairman of the Beacon Council, chairman of the dean’s council at the Florida International University College of Business Administration and president of the Latin Builders Association.
