Jin Jung Kwan Hapkido Announces Black Belt Promotion

April 17, 2011-Jin Jung Kwan Hapkido-USA Headquarter location hosted the 2011 Instructor Seminar & Black Belt Testing.

Instructors came from all over the US to attend this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Training and instruction delivered by both the Founder, Grandmaster Kim Myung Yong and President, Grandmaster Michael Rhoades.

“This was a highly motivated, well-trained, passionate group of instructors.” said Grandmaster Rhoades.

This weekend’s training consisted of technical & physical application, personal/professional skill development, Korean etiquette and cultural awareness. Marketing was a topic of discussion and everyone came away feeling rejuvenated and ready to promote Jin Jung Kwan Hapkido at their schools and across the country.

Jin Jung Kwan does not teach memorized forms nor does it participate in tournaments or competitive activities, but concentrates only on REALISTIC self-defense.

“The seminar was an absolute eye opening experience. I was excited about the higher levels of technique, learning and seeing the different mind sets of the instructors. The number one impression was the family aspect and camaraderie of the whole organization. This is more than just a martial art.” said Matt Hays.
