E-Cigarette - Does It Actually Help To Quit Smoking?

WEBWIRE

The latest e-cigarette research concludes that electronic cigarettes are much safer than tobacco cigarettes.

This relatively new battery powered device has already helped many people to quit. Smoking an e-cigarette is called “vaping” because electronic cigarettes do not create smoke but water vapor.

Anna Preston from Albany, NY says: “Once I started vaping I noticed I could do more things health wise like going on long walks and running without any breathing issues.“

She continues: ”I smoked a pack plus for over 15 years. I never thought I’d quit. Those little white devils had such a grip on me - it didn’t matter that I couldn’t take a deep breath without wheezing, or that I had to cough up a lung every morning when waking up, or having to go out in the cold to light up or huddling away from everyone to smoke without worrying about bothering other people, or missing out on life for a quick cigarette.“

Anna Preston concludes: ”No more, thanks to the e-cigarette. Three months and counting. I’m totally tobacco free now.“
