Texas Employee Leasing Scam Victims Offered Free Help

WEBWIRE

In the wake of one of the largest tax fraud cases in Texas history, victimized Texas employers are getting a break. On January 24th, The Associated Press reported that Patrick G. Mire, the head of a group of employee leasing services companies has been arrested for suspicion of non-payment of almost $66 million in payroll taxes to the Internal Revenue Service.

In response to the blow to victimized employers a local Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Emplicity, is offering free services to those employers who may have fallen prey to the various employee leasing companies or PEO’s.

The names of the PEOs included United Capital Investment Group Inc., Service Professionals Inc., SSI Management Group Inc., Service Professionals, AK of Nevada Inc., Employer Liability Services Inc., Safe Staff Inc., Service Professionals of Texas Inc., Service Professionals of Texas, ServPro of Texas, LLC, United Focus Inc., Centerpoint Outsourcing LLC, Synergy Personnel Inc., and Comal Payroll Plus Inc.

“This is a severe blow to the employer services industry and local employers.” remarks Javier Meza, Chief Simplicity Officer of Emplicity’s Texas Division.

In an effort to lend a hand to other employers affected by the fraud, Meza and his team have pledged to provide guidance and resources to affected Texas employers. “We are here to mend some broken fences and help local businesses get back on track.” assures the 20-year payroll and employee benefits veteran.

“Emplicity has been an integral part of our team’s success and overall productivity,” remarks Andy Andrews, a long time Emplicity client and property management executive who has more than tripled his revenues and employment since he handed the keys over to Meza five years ago. “I do not have to worry about payroll or benefits anymore and they personally save me over 2-3 hours per day by streamlining the way we hire and manage our employees.”

Members of Emplicity’s team include licensed agents and human resources consultants who will provide guidance and support at no charge to victimized Texas employers looking to transition their services back in to the good graces of the Internal Revenue Service and Texas Workforce Commission.

Providing assurance to their clients as a licensed, bonded provider of payroll, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, employee leasing and human resources support, Emplicity doesn’t use a multitude of shell companies and fancy corporate structures. In fact, its clients rank Emplicity an extremely high 97.3% on client satisfaction and on average, stay with the firm for over 6 years. With an A+ accreditation with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a reputation for straight up, face-to-face service, Emplicity asserts that its mission in life is to make employee management simple.
