British Airways launches the Very, Very Big Sale

British Airways have launched its very, very big sale, with discounts off First class and all other cabins as well as more than 120 holiday destinations.

Customers can celebrate Chinese New Year in Hong Kong and save 15% in economy or 19% in Shanghai. Other destinations Cairo, Dubai, flights to Barbados and Sydney, all of which offer a saving during the sale.

Reduced prices also available in business class and the newly daily non-stop flights to Buenos Aires which will be launched in March will also be in the sale.

Destinations on offer closer to home include Dubrovnik, Lyon, Milan, Nice, Oslo, Stuttgart, Vienna, Bucharest, Larnaca and flights to Madrid.

Customers can head to Sharm El Sheikh and enjoy seven nights at the three-star Oriental Rivoli, offering holidays in Sharm El Sheikh for the whole family, BA flights are included in a package holiday from Gatwick and accommodation is offered with breakfast. Relax on the beach in Cancun, one of BA’s new winter destinations on a seven night all-inclusive holiday at the 4.5-star Dreams Puerto Aventura, Cancun offering the highest standard of excellence. BA flights to Cancun depart from London Gatwick. Or head to the Maldives and enjoy a seven nights holiday at the three-star Thulhagiri Island Resort, including return BA flights from Gatwick, accommodation with breakfast and return in-resort transfers.

Flights to Marrakech also launch in March 2011 and it is a great destination for a city break. Customers can spend two nights at the three-star Moroccan House, Marrakech offering Thousand-and-One-Nights ambience with traditional Moroccan architecture and surrounds. British Airways flies three times a week from Gatwick and accommodation includes continental breakfast. Flights to San Diego launch in June 2011 and depart from London Heathrow. San Diego offers a great alternative for inclusive Avis fly-drives on California’s West Coast.

Customers looking for a short city break can have a two-night break in Europe with hotels in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Dubrovnik, Madrid or Jersey. City break packages all include return BA flights and accommodation. A ski getaway may also be an option, with a seven-night fly-drive to Chambery. British Airways flies from London City and offers inclusive Avis car hire.

The Very, Very big British Airways January sale runs until midnight on January 25, 2011 and all offers based on selected travel dates from December 30, 2010 to September 30, 2011. Packaged holiday offers are based are ATOL protected. All offers are now available on the British Airways website.
