– Burbank, CA – Dashing secret agent Lee Stetson (Bruce Boxleitner) and single-mom-turned-amateur-spy Amanda King (Kate Jackson) are back for another entertaining season of crime-stopping adventures on “Scarecrow & Mrs. King: The Complete Second Season,” to be released by Warner Home Video March 22, 2011. This title will feature all 23 one-hour episodes from the Emmy Award-winning series’ sophomore season and will retail for $39.98 SRP. Order due date has been set for February 15, 2011.

American spy Lee Stetson and his housewife sidekick Mrs. Amanda King are really going places in Season Two, fighting the Cold War in London, Munich, Salzburg and the Caribbean! Kate Jackson (“Charlie’s Angels”) and Bruce Boxleitner (“Babylon 5”) again play the mismatched operatives, mixing laughs, intrigue and battle-of-the-sexes verbal jabs. Amanda is targeted by a white-slavery ring. Lee and his mentor, dithery Lady Emily Farnsworth, hunt for stolen plans for a top-secret plane. Amanda is the other woman in a headline-grabbing sex scandal. And Mrs. King becomes Mrs. Scarecrow on a romantic wedding cruise, complete with veil, vows and smooch at the altar – all in the line of duty, of course!

The Emmy Award-winning “Scarecrow & Mrs. King” first premiered in 1983 on CBS and aired for four successful seasons.

“Fans of the show love Jackson and Boxleitner’s characters and the great chemistry they share on this series. Their wonderful performances, coupled with clever dialogue and entertaining story lines makes this one of the great, unforgettable shows of the 80s,” said Rosemary Markson, WHV Vice President, TV and Special Interest Marketing. “Fans have shown an overwhelmingly positive response to ‘Scarecrow & Mrs. King’ on DVD, so it gives us great pleasure to bring them another season of this highly-regarded series.”
