New Comic Book Collectors WebTool Released
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Midland, TX — April 11, 2006 — If you are trying, once again, to organize your comic book collection it is time to put them onPHILE . This new website www.onphile.com was specifically designed for: organizing comic book collections in a manner that facilitates trading, value assessments, and collection maintenance. Imagine, being able to access your personal comic collection from any computer that is connected to the Internet.
Pearl Communications, which specializes in data collection, presentation and analysis, saw the need for a more comprehensive comic book collection tool and created onPHILE. The design concept was based on the four questions every collector asks – What comics do I have in my collection? Does anyone want to buy one of my comics? How much are my comics worth? How can I easily communicate with the comic community? The result was onPHILE, an internet accessible database which allows the user to track and manage their collection, as well as, flag comics that are available for sale in an easy to use format.
The onPHILE site is completely free to use and all of the current features will remain free. A low priced paid service will be added in the near future which will provide more advanced features for those who require them.
