Silverdale, WA—(October 6, 2010) – Neubuilt Homes today announced, the opening of the anticipated unique home community located in Silverdale, WA. Construction of the model home begins the week of October 11, 2010 and is scheduled for completion January, 2011.

Presale orders are now available for Phase 1 only which includes lots 9-16 and 52-55. Pricing ranges between $277,900 and $324,900.
