French Restaurant Houston Bistro Des Amis Fall Wine Dinner Party
French restaurant Houston Bistro des Amis, specializing in French bistro style dishes, wines, and catering, is putting on a dinner party celebrating the Fall grape harvest and the tasty wines and foods that come with the seasonal change.
“Fall is the best time for foods and wines” say World Master Chef Bernard Cuillier of Bistro des Amis. “I get excited just thinking about the cooler weather and all the delicious dishes coming to our French restaurant. I have changes a lot this year, and this dinner is designed to introduce customers a few new plates with exception wine pairings.”
Such wines as Vouvray ˝ sec, Jovleys; Lauret Miquel, Syrah; Macin Village, Albert Bichot; Fluer Coterie, 100% Bordeaux Merlot; Mosocato d’Asti, Dolium, Petitie reserve Malbec; and Louis Roederer Estate champagne, will be served along with three courses, including a choice of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. With the wine pairing the cost is forty-five dollars; and without, thirty-five.
The Fall dinner is held each year at this time to coincide with the Vendanges, so that the French community has a chance to celebrate with family and friends; and where Houstonians have a chance to integrate with the French locally.
The entire menu along with the complementary wines can be reviewed at http://www.bistrodesamis.com/french-restaurant-houston-fall-dinner-party.html. Call (713) 349-8441 for reservations; and the location will be at 2347 University Boulevard, Houston, Texas, 77005, French restaurant Bistro des Amis.
