ClientBase users will soon enjoy additional benefits with the integration of ClientBase customer profile data, available exclusively within the Sabre Red Workspace. With this unique integration, agents will have complete visibility to their customer profile data within the Workspace and no longer need to toggle between tabs, thereby driving enhanced agent workflow efficiencies.

Agencies can also increase revenues by better managing their outbound marketing campaigns through ClientBase Marketing Services. Within ClientBase Marketing Services, the newly enhanced TouchBase option lets agents choose from a more robust list of email templates and enjoy more flexibility in selecting templates and template options. This year, Sabre has added 220 new subscribers to the service, a 20 percent increase over 2009.

The HotSheet is a weekly e-mail, delivering timely promotional offers and information so agents can present each customer with the right offer at the right time.
