Fat Loss Expert Chad Waterbury is Not Afraid to Take a Stand
Los Angeles, CA - 23/8/2010 - L.A. Fitness trainer and author Chad Waterbury advices students trying to lose weight and get in shape something nobody has ever adviced before: to set themselves on FIRE. Has he completely lost his mind? Read on to see what this neurophysiologist claims to be the best advice on how to torch the fat off your body.
Waterbury has yet to go insane. F.I.R.E. is an acronym derived from his training methodology he worked on in the past year to culminate with a program he recently launched: Body of F.I.R.E. It stands for :
-and it is a mouthful to say all at once. The program was released earlier in July and already young men and women are experiencing the Body of F.I.R.E. program. On Aug 17 of 2010, a firefighter (ironically) posted a question about how he should continue the Body of Fire workouts- should he be interrupted by a fire fighting emergency. In other words, the firefighter intended to go put out fires, while at the same time; he tried finding out how to keep his workouts burning for maximum impact. And at the end of the question he said “I rarely used to sweat like I do now while doing BOF” That was an interesting comment coming from someone in the fire fighting side-lines.
Waterbury developed the workout program from a scientific perspective and integrated elements of strength training, a little cardio, circuit training, and alignment exercises. One of his biggest axioms is to take little or no rest to maintain the intensity of the workout so for maximum metabolic cost; and he explains exactly what that is too. But it is not just firefighters who are doing these metabolism boosting workouts. The workouts originated as Waterbury tested them with his latest clients: mixed martial art fighters. After success transforming physiques in that world, he decided to release the methods to the public.
