Motient to Distribute WebTech’s Quadrant Solution

Burnaby, BC - April 4, 2006 (TSX-V:WEW), WebTech Wireless a leading supplier of mobile telematics, today announced it has signed a distribution agreement enabling Motient Communications (MNCP.pk), a leading provider of wireless data solutions to distribute its Quadrant™ Fleet Management products and services. Through this partnership, Quadrant solutions will be offered to a wider variety of organizations and markets.

This agreement reaffirms WebTech’s commitment to grow its core markets by stregthening and expanding its distribution channels with world class partners. WebTech’s commitment to resellers encompasses a proven and reliable suite of fleet management solutions and technical support.
